If arriving later than 6:00pm or earlier than 3pm, you must call (504) 943-9500 PRIOR TO DATE OF ARRIVAL and make special arrangements with management. A late fee of $25 cash will be required at the time of check-in for all late arrivals after 6:00 pm, a late fee of $50 cash will be required for all arrivals after 10:00 pm. Late and early arrivals or late departures must be prearranged with R&B Bed and Breakfast prior to arrival in order to accommodate arriving or departing guests. Reservations are only guaranteed until 6:30pm. Anything after this time will be considered a “no-show” unless the R&B Bed and Breakfast reservation office has been contacted (504-943-9500) and notified of the late arrival.
R&B Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking property (smoking is allowed outside, in the courtyard).

NOTE: Rates, pricing, & minimums may not apply during special events, holidays or convention dates. Additional per person charges may apply. King and queen accommodations are for a maximum of two persons per room. NOTE: The Mardi Gras room can accommodate up to four adults.
BE AWARE that there are no elevators at the R&B Bed and Breakfast, stairs only. Wheel chair access is not available.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of one night must be paid in full at the time of booking. A standard 15-day cancellation policy is in place. If a reservation is cancelled 15-days outside of the booking date ALL room reservations are completely nonrefundable and nontransferable, resulting in full forfeiture of payment.
All holidays, special events, convention dates, HOT DEALS, birthday, romance, mardi-gras, elopements, wedding, group getaways, family reunions and ALL packages are pre-paid, nontransferable and nonrefundable. NOTE: Any changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements and seasonal rates. STANDARD MINIMUM STAY :

AGE RESTRICTIONS: All overnight guests must be 18-years or older unless the entire house has been rented for a Family Reunion or special event.
No unregistered guests are permitted in guest rooms or on mansion property at any time, unless prearranged with management prior to arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service.
PARKING: FREE street parking is the only parking option available, at this time.
NOTE: There are no elevators onsite, only stairs. Wheelchair access is not available.
ROOMS & RATES:
All rooms are musically themed to reflect the music culture of New Orleans. The newly renovated house highlights the 14-foot ceilings with gorgeous crown molding, refinished hardwood floors and antique and modern furnishings. Each room hosts a private bath with shower/tub amenities. For added comfort and convenience, all rooms are provided with plush bed coverings, luxury linens, black out curtains, Cable hi-def TV and free WIFI throughout the house.
ROCK & ROLL ROOM: 1st floor room hosting a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, hi-def TV, purple walls, 14-foot ceilings, ceiling fan, crown molding and festive paisley print.
BLUES ROOM: 1st floor room with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with double shower-heads and soaker tub, hi-def TV, 14-foot ceilings, ceiling fan and blue decor.
REGGAE ROOM: 2nd floor room with a king sized bed en-suite bathroom, hi-def TV, ceiling fan and yellow, tropical décor.
LULLABY ROOM: 2nd floor room queen sleigh bed, en-suite bathroom, hi-def TV, ceiling fan, a dormer window overlooking Frenchmen street and Washington Square Park and pink walls.
MARDI GRAS SUITE: Located on the second floor, this is the largest room in the house overlooking the courtyard with stairs providing private access. The room has a queen size bed, high ceilings, crown molding, sitting area, and a jacuzzi tub with a leaded glass window.
A minimum of one night must be paid in full at the time of booking. Pricing depends on season, dates, room choice and type, holidays, special events, and convention dates. Cancellations require a 15-day notice, except for the following events, which require a 30-day cancellation notice: Full House rentals, New Year’s Eve, Mardi Gras, Sugar Bowl, Essence festival (July 4th), Jazz & Heritage Festival, French Quarter Fest & Voodoo Music Experience.
Check-In: 3:00pm to 6:00pm CST Check-Out: 10:00am. ALL late or early check-ins MUST CALL R&B Bed and Breakfast to arrange. A fee of $25 will be applied to any late check-in occurring from 6:00 to 9:00pm. A late check-in fee of $50 will be applied to your bill for anyone checking in after 9:30pm

A complimentary continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room (off the courtyard) from 8:30am – 10:30am. Breakfast includes a selection of coffee, hot teas, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and an assortment of fresh pastries from the local bakery.
EARLY RISER: If you require early breakfast service, please co-ordinate with the Innkeeper a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
